# 알림톡 발송 실패 원인 및 해결방법

세모리포트 또는세무사무소 채널로 알림톡 발송 시, 실패되는 이유를 알려드려요 ! 

**알림톡 미사용 또는 채널 차단**\
1\) 카카오톡을 삭제 한 경우\
2\) 세모리포트 또는 세무사무소 채널 알림톡을 차단 한 경우<br>

**잘못된 휴대폰번호 형식**\
1\) 위멤버스 수임처 앱에 휴대폰번호가 등록되지 않은 경우\
2\) 위멤버스 수임처 앱에 휴대폰번호를11자리 미만으로 입력한 경우\
&#x20;

**메시지를 전송할 수 없는 상태**\
1\) 수신자가 최근 카카오톡 접속 또는 이용를 하지 않은 경우\
2\) 수신자의 휴대폰 전원이 꺼져있는 경우\
3\) 수신 불가 지역에 있는 경우 \

**biz포인트 잔액 부족**\
자동발송 대상 거래처 기준으로 발송 후, 실패되는 경우\

**알림톡 템플릿 누락**\
세모리포트 고객센터 또는 채널톡으로 문의해주세요

### 1. 알림톡 미사용 또는 채널 차단

1. 카카오톡 검색 창에 '세모리포트' 또는  '세무사무소명' 을입력해주세요
2. 채팅 아이콘을 클릭해주세요
3. 알림톡이 차단되어있는지 확인 해주세요\
   (알림톡이 차단되어 있다면, 알림톡 받기 버튼을 클릭해 주세요!)

### 2. 잘못된 휴대폰번호 형식

**수임처 내에서 휴대폰번호 변경방법**

1. 위멤버스 로그인 후, 수임처 클릭해 주세요
2. 거래처 선택 후, 수정 버튼을 클릭해 주세요
3. 11자리의휴대폰번호를 입력해 주세요\
   (휴대폰 번호 미입력 혹은 11자리 미만의 번호 입력 시, 알림톡이 발송되지 않아요)

1. 위멤버스 로그인 후, 세모리포트를 클릭해 주세요
2. 휴대폰번호 수정을 원하는 거래처를 선택해 주세요
3. 거래처명, 대표자명, 휴대폰번호를 입력해 주세요\
   (휴대폰번호는 11자리의 숫자를 입력해 주세요)
