중복 로그인 접속 불가와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해\
부서별로 별도 계정을 생성하여 중복 로그인이 가능해져요

홈택스 마스터 아이디 사용 시 홈택스 접속 충돌이 발생하여 오류가 발생돼요

### 1.  홈택스>부서사용자 가입하기
